  • Primary therapie
    • Early Stage:
      • HD16 for early stage:
        Treatment optimization trial in the first-line treatment of early stage Hodgkin Lymphoma: Treatment stratification by means of FDG-PET.
    • Intermediate Stage:
      • PVAG-14 for intermediate stage:
        A randomized phase II study of prednisone, vinblastine, doxorubicin and gemcitabine in patients with intermediate stage Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
    • Advanced Stage:
      • HD18 for advanced stage:
        Treatment optimization trial in the first-line treatment of advanced stage Hodgkin lymphoma: treatment stratification by means of FDG-PET.
    • Elderly Patients:
      • AVD-Rev for early unfavourable and advanced stages: Phase I trial to determine dose limiting toxicities of lenalidomide in combination with adriamycin, vinblastine and darcabazine for patients between 60 and 75 years.
  • Rezidivtherapie
    • HCD122 by HD and NHL:
      A phase IA/II, multi-center, open-label study of HCD122 administered intravenously once weekly for four weeks in adult patients with advanced non-Hodgkin´s or Hodgkin´s lymphoma who have progressed after at least two prior therapies.
    • CLBH589E2214:
      A phase II study of oral Panobinostat in adult patients with relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin´s Lymphoma after failure of high-dose chemotherapie with autologous stem cell transfusion and a Gemcitabine- or Vinorelbine- or Vinblastine-containing treatment regimen.
